Before and after labiaplasty in a 34 year old woman. She had discomfort when exercising, wearing tight pants and having intercourse because of her long labia minora tissue.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia tissue but left a normal amount behind. Follow up photos are shown three months after surgery. The last photo shows the tissue excised during her labiaplasty procedure.
