Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 43 year old woman. She felt her neck made her look much heavier than she actually was, which was fit, active and healthy. Liposuction was done as a straightforward outpatient procedure under local anesthesia.
Postoperatively, she wore a gentle compression strap around her head to compress the submental region and promote resolution of swelling and bruising. She took 2 weeks off exercise and worked from home for the first week after surgery. Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. The results are transformative!
