60-year-old woman with breast droop, asymmetry, nipple and areola ptosis, and excess fat in the axillary roll and bra/back roll areas. A mastopexy with liposuction created improved symmetry, perkier breasts and a more aesthetic and youthful contour. Follow-up images at 2 months after surgery show pink incisions and an early postoperative result.
