38-year-old woman with breast droop and loss of projection over time. A breast lift created a perkier breasts with better projection, smaller areolas and higher nipple and areola position. She was able to go bra-less and exercise without wearing double sports bras and experiencing physical discomfort. Follow up images at 6 weeks after surgery are shown with normal postoperative swelling and fresh light pink incisions.
