33-year-old mother of twins with extreme rectus diastasis, a midline hernia and extra abdominal skin. Despite her twins being 5 years old, she still looks pregnant in her preoperative photos! Her Mommy Makeover included repair of her hernia, correction of the rectus diastasis and removal of excess abdominal skin in both the horizontal and vertical dimensions. A vertical abdominoplasty incision was necessary to correctly redrape all her excess skin. Follow up images at 6 weeks after her procedure show a flat tummy contour and repair of her abdominal musculature.
