49-year-old mother of four with post-pregnancy enlargement and droop of her breasts, excess abdominal fat, redundant tummy skin and overhang of this region together with loss of rectus abdominis muscle tone after multiple pregnancies. Her Mommy Makeover included a breast reduction and liposuction of her breast rolls and back, tummy and flanks. An abdominoplasty flattened and defined her abdominal contour, and liposuction of the neck (not shown) further defined her jaw line and created a more youthful appearance to her face. Early postop photos at 7 weeks after surgery show early postoperative results with normal residual swelling and pink incisions.
