24-year-old woman with excess labia minora tissue and redundancy of the overlying clitoral hood skin. She felt self-conscious about this part of her body and had difficulty with physical exercise and becoming intimate. A labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction recontoured this region and successfully achieved her goals. Normal swelling at six weeks postoperatively is visible in the clitoral hood region and took approximately 3 months to resolve.
