25-year-old woman with tubular breasts who wished to have more natural shaped breasts and increased volume. Silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle provided more fullness to the breasts and transformed a preoperative tubular contour to a more natural teardrop shape. A periareolar mastopexy (lift) and internal scoring of the tissue produced a more normal areolar contour.
