Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction using the breast augmentation and mastopexy technique in a 26-year-old woman. She also had congenital breast asymmetry with her left breast being larger and droopier than the right. Both breasts had a constricted breast base and high breast fold, characteristic to the tubular breast deformity.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. A left mastopexy lifted the nipple and tightened the baggier lower pole of the breast, necessitating an additional “lollipop” incision. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpit region, known as the axillary rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. Her breasts are soft, and her nipple sensation has nearly fully returned. She is actively doing scar therapy and has had so much fun bra and bikini-shopping!
