Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 33 year old woman with a history of past breast reduction in her late teens. She had lost 20 pounds and with that, most of the volume in her breasts!
She felt she looked with a Mom who had breastfed a family but she was not married and had not had children. Volume loss with weight loss often causes the same types of post-pregnancy changes in the breast - loss of volume and "deflation".
Her revision involved insertion of a smooth round silicone gel breast implants in the subglandular position, on top of the muscle. Her results were subtle and natural, with her goal being to recreate the past fullness she had before her weight loss.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after breast augmentation. She now forgets she has breast implants and sees us in follow up every year to ensure she is still looking good and feeling good!
