50-year-old woman with left breast cancer and evidence of multiple prior lumpectomies through separate incisions and poor genetic scarring. A left skin-sparing mastectomy and implant reconstruction and scar revisions were performed to create an aesthetic reconstruction with symmetry and improved scars as goals. A left nipple and areola reconstruction was performed 6 months later.
