59-year-old woman with breast cancer treated with bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies followed by chemotherapy. Immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions were performed to preserve her body image and to create a reconstruction result slightly fuller than her original breast shape. Nipples and areolas were reconstructed three months later as an outpatient procedure. Follow up photos at 9 months after surgery are shown.
