67-year-old woman with right breast cancer who completed neoadjuvant (preoperative) chemotherapy prior to a right skin-sparing mastectomy. An immediate single-stage breast implant reconstruction on the right and a left-sided breast reduction were done at the time of her mastectomy, and a nipple and areola was reconstructed 3 months later as an outpatient procedure. She returned to competitive golfing and found her smaller and lifted breasts improved her swing! Follow up photos at 4 months are shown.
