31-year-old woman with triple-negative right breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions. After surgery, she received chemotherapy and right breast radiation. Follow up photos at 2 years after surgery and over a year and a half after radiation show symmetric and soft breast reconstructions with a cosmetic result that achieved her personal goals of fuller but natural breasts.
