33-year-old woman with a left-sided triple-negative breast cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. Immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions were performed to achieve her personal goals of having significantly fuller breasts, similar to when she nursed her children. Nipple and areola reconstructions were performed as a separate outpatient procedure six months later, with smaller areolas being her goal. Mild rippling in the upper pole of her soft implant reconstructions can be seen in her follow up images with resolving swelling and maturing scars that take up to a year to fully fade.
