57-year-old BRCA gene-positive woman who sought risk-reducing bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies. Immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions were performed to preserve her body image and to create a reconstruction result as close as possible to her natural breast size and shape. Follow up photos at one month after surgery are shown with normal postoperative swelling that takes months to resolve.
