43-year-old woman with right breast cancer and significant preoperative bruising following a needle localization biopsy. A right nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstruction was performed to enable a match to the left breast and return to competitive running and iron woman competitions as soon as possible. Follow up images at one month after surgery are shown.
