52-year-old woman with right breast cancer who chose to have bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies after her lumpectomy showed positive margins. Immediate bilateral single-stage breast implant reconstructions were performed, together with correction of her inverted nipples and a lift of her nipples and areolas. Her goals was to have fuller reconstructed breasts that were proportional to her frame. Postoperative images at 6 months after surgery are shown with maturing incisions.
