50-year-old woman with left breast cancer. She chose to have bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstructions. Note that preoperative asymmetry of her breasts was corrected during her reconstruction, with better symmetry after surgery and slightly fuller breasts.
