43-year-old woman with right breast cancer. A right nipple-sparing mastectomy and immediate single-stage breast implant reconstruction was performed. For balance, a left-sided balancing augmentation was done at the same time. She achieved her goals of fuller breasts and a natural result, with excellent symmetry of her breasts.
