52-year-old woman with a history of left-sided breast cancer, non-skin-sparing mastectomy and wound healing problems with chronic infection. She underwent delayed reconstruction using a DIEP flap and a balancing right breast mastopexy-augmentation at the same operation to achieve her personal goals of fuller and lifted breasts. Her left nipple and areola was reconstructed at a second outpatient procedure. Postoperative images are shown 9 months after her flap.
