46-year-old woman with a history of right breast cancer, who underwent a non-skin-sparing mastectomy and was unfortunately not offered breast reconstruction. She chose to have a left prophylactic skin-sparing mastectomy and bilateral DIEP/SIEA flaps for reconstruction. She achieved perkier breast reconstructions, a flatter tummy and returned to all her physical activities after surgery. Postoperative images after nipple and areola reconstruction with maturing scars are shown.
