46-year-old woman with a history of left skin-sparing mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer. A DIEP flap reconstructed her left breast to match her right breast without the need for a balancing procedure. Her nipple and areola were reconstructed as a separate outpatient procedure. Postoperative images with maturing pink incisions and a bright recent tattoo that will fade to a more natural color are shown.
