64-year-old woman with a history of right breast cancer, skin-sparing mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation, and a failed implant reconstruction that required removal. Her right breast was reconstructed with a DIEP flap, and her left breast had a balancing breast reduction at the same procedure. Her nipple and areola have been reconstructed, and she had additional liposuction contouring of her hips and flanks as final aesthetic finishing touches.
