51-year-old woman with right breast cancer who desired an autologous tissue (flap) breast reconstruction. She also wished to have the effect of a breast reduction and lift as part of her reconstruction. A bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy designed using a breast reduction pattern and immediate DIEP/SIEA flap reconstruction was performed. Nipple and areola reconstructions were performed 6 months later. Follow up images a full year after her mastectomy are shown with mature scars and better breast symmetry and balance.
