Before and after breast reconstruction in a 52 year old breast cancer survivor. She had previously had a right lumpectomy and radiation. Her bras kept pulling to the left, and she wanted to feel less lopsided in clothing and bathing suits.
Her reconstruction was performed using the local tissue rearrangement method, which was essentially a right lumpectomy and liposuction of her armpit fat and sides of both of her breasts. A left sided breast reduction and lift completed her procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. She is very happy with her decision to have breast reconstruction.
