36-year-old woman with symptomatic hypermastia and hidradenitis suppurativa. Her breast reduction achieved multiple goals: alleviation of her symptoms due to large and pendulous breasts, and removed many areas affected by hidradenitis suppurativa beneath her breasts. Follow up images are shown at 9 months after surgery.
