57-year-old woman with symptomatic hypermastia and breast asymmetry. A breast reduction created smaller and perkier breasts, with reduction of the nipple diameter and reshaping of her breast contour. Postoperative photos at 4 months are shown with hyperpigmented incisions that took up to a year to fade and lighten.
