25-year-old woman with mildly tubular breasts who wished to have more natural shaped breasts with increased fullness. Silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle provided more fullness to the breasts and enabled her preoperative conical (tubular) shape to become a more natural teardrop contour. A periareolar mastopexy and internal scoring of the tissue created a more normal areolar contour and breast shape.
