Before and after breast reduction in a 48 year old woman. Although she hadn’t had children, she felt that her breasts had always looked “matronly”, even at age 16! She wanted “cute little boobs” that were still proportional to her small waist and the rest of her body.
A breast reduction removed much of her bottom-heavy breast tissue and reshaped her remaining breast, with a perkier result and shapelier look. After surgery, she expressed “I feel I look the way I was supposed to naturally”, and we agree.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months postoperatively. Her scars are maturing nicely and she feels very comfortable in her skin. She even started jogging!
