Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 31 year old woman. She had not had children yet, but she felt her breasts looked that way! They drooped and were heavy. She didn’t want to go too much smaller – just a bra cup size or two and to be lifted.
A breast reduction and mastopexy removed some of her bottom-heavy breast tissue and reshaped her remaining breast tissue to a more youthful and perky shape. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery, with rapidly maturing scars.
