Before and after abdominoplasty as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 33 year old woman. After having children, her body changed dramatically, with development of an abdominal overhang that Plastic Surgeons call a “pannus”, stretch marks and excess belly fat.
A tummy tuck removed excess skin and fat (see the last image of the tissue that was actually removed), her abdominal muscles were repaired in the midline and her belly skin was pulled tightly downward.
Liposuction permanently removed excess stubborn fat from her abdomen, pubic region, upper inner thighs, and bra roll/armpit region (axillary rolls).
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She bought a bikini for the first time ever and is proudly wearing it! The last images show the skin and fat actually removed during her Mommy Makeover surgery.
