Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 53 year old woman. Her heavy and asymmetric breasts were interfering with exercise and finding clothing that fit properly. She was tired of spending nearly two hundred dollars on a bra!
A breast reduction removed some of her heavy bottom breast tissue but preserved enough breast volume to keep her proportional to the rest of her body frame. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpit region (axillary rolls) and her bra roll and upper back.
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery, with improved symmetry and a proportional and natural looking result. She is excited to do Zumba classes and cardio again since it no longer hurts her!
