Before and after labiaplasty in a 47 year old patient. She had recently finalized a divorce and felt insecure about her labia area that had stretched out and become longer since having children.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of labia left so that she need not look like she had surgery. A normal, natural looking result is what most of our patients are going for.
Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She has resumed exercise without discomfort, sitting on a spinning bike for an hour and she even had her first date!
