Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls (armpit fat) in a 29 year old woman. She also had significant asymmetry that was also to be addressed during surgery.
Excess breast tissue was removed from the bottom and the sides of her breasts. Her breasts were reshaped to a more perky and youthful form. The volume of her breasts was equalized by removing more tissue from the larger breast. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra roll and armpit region.
Follow up photos are shown 10 weeks after surgery. We kept her breasts proportional to her curvy frame. She still has increased swelling on her right (dominant) side. This will go down on its own over the next several months. She is actively doing scar therapy.
