Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 37 year old woman. She had small breasts that were even less full after becoming very physically fit and losing some weight. She wanted a natural looking result – which is our specialty!
Her nipples were enlarged and hanging – a nipple reduction procedure was also discussed, but she wanted to leave her nipples alone to protect them for future breast feeding.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Early follow up photos are shown one month after surgery.
Swelling is minimal because we always use drains with breast augmentation and because the muscle is not touched, there is very little tissue trauma.
