Before and after breast augmentation in a 57 year old woman. She had changed her lifestyle and lost a significant amount of weight. Her breasts and deflated – she wanted her volume back!
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed subglandularly, on top of the pectoralis major muscle. Even in very thin women like this patient, a natural looking result is possible with subglandular augmentation.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She achieved her breast enhancement goals and loves her breasts!
