Before and after labiaplasty including labia minora reduction and labia majora reduction in a 38 year old woman. Her labia minora (inner lips) had always been long, but following childbirth, she felt they had stretched out further.
In addition, her labia majora (outer lips) had deflated over time and become floppy. She wanted a full rejuvenation of her entire labia region.
Her labiaplasty involved a trim of the excess labia minora and a wedge excision and tightening via suturing of her labia majora. Follow up photos are shown just 3 weeks after surgery.
She is pleased with her initial results and looks forward to resuming exercise. It will take 6-12 weeks for all surgical swelling to go away.
