Before and after labiaplasty in a 44 year old woman. She was exiting a long term relationship and felt like now was the proper time to have this personal procedure. Her goal was to feel more comfortable in her body and to not feel self-conscious about her labia minora, which protruded out from her labia majora.
A labiaplasty trimmed the darkly pigmented part of her labia minora. Postoperatively, she took 3 weeks off exercise and used the time that she was not sexually active to recover. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She looks normal and natural and is ready to begin a new chapter in her life!
