Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 40 year old Mom. In addition to having three children, she had lost 120 pounds. Her breasts had suffered the consequences – they were droopy and deflated, devoid of shape and hanging with enlarged areolas and Grade III ptosis (nipples pointing to the floor).
A small breast reduction and a major lift reduced and reshaped her breasts and gave her a more proportional and aesthetic breast shape. Liposuction of the armpit region (axillary rolls) and her bra roll completed the procedure.
Early follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery. Her wounds are healing well and are pink, as expected due to increased blood flow to the areas of healing. She is ready to begin scar therapy and resume unrestricted activities, including exercise and lifting her toddler.
