Before and after breast augmentation in a 41 year old woman. She was thin and fit, with a body upper body. She never felt like her breasts were proportional to the rest of her body and her self-confidence had suffered, as per her description. She wanted a breast enhancement, but did not want her implants to look fake or be obvious to others, including her family members.
Her breast augmentation involved inserting smooth found silicone gel breast implants on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. She looks natural and has a subtle teardrop shaped result, just as she wanted.
