Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 34 year old woman. She had finished having children and was ready for a rejuvenation of her breasts. Her goal was to be listed but not too small, remaining proportional to the rest of her body.
A small amount of breast tissue was removed from the bottom and sides of her breasts. The remaining breast tissue was rearranged into a perkier breast shape. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpit region (axillary rolls) and her back fat/bra roll.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery. Her scars are beginning to mature and she is actively doing scar therapy.
