Before and after bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) in a 63 year old woman with liposuction of the axillary rolls (armpit fat). She was planning a Mommy Makeover to include liposuction of her mons pubis and a labiaplasty.
She had mild asymmetry of her breasts before surgery. Her goal was to be lifted but not necessarily larger – therefore, breast implants were not required. A breast lift reshaped and rearranged her breast tissue to a more perky and compact shape. Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpits (axillary rolls) and the sides of her breasts/bra roll area.
Early follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery. Her incisions are undergoing the transition from wounds to scars. She will be educated about scar therapy at her next follow up visit. She has been given the green light to resume exercise without restrictions. She loves her cute breasts!
