Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 50 year old woman. Breast surgery was part of her Mommy Makeover, which also included an abdominoplasty and circumferential liposuction.
Excess bottom-heavy breast tissue was removed, and the remainder of her breast tissue was rearranged into a perky but proportional breast shape. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra roll area and armpits (axillary rolls).
Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. Her incisions are scary looking and pink, as expected. She is ready to begin scar therapy. Her incisions will take a year or more to mature – flatten and fade with time.
