Before and after labiaplasty in a 25 year old woman. She had not had children yet and was actually planning to get married in a few months. Intercourse and exercise were painful for her and she wanted to be able to enjoy her honeymoon without worrying about discomfort! She did not want to have a drastic result, but to just feel more comfortable.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but maintained a normal looking and conservatively trimmed labia. Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. She feels “normal and natural down there” and is happily married, never giving her labia or vagina a second thought!
