Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 21 year old woman. She had been living with her oversized and asymmetric breasts since puberty at age 11 and was ready to have an improved body image and better level of fitness (current level = none).
A breast reduction removed over 3 pounds of tissue from each breast. The remainder of her breast tissue was reshaped to a more youthful and aesthetic shape.
Follow up photos are shown 5 weeks after surgery. Much better symmetry and an improved, proportional breast is the result. She is ready to start scar therapy and a brand new exercise regime!
