Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. The incision was hidden in the fold under her breasts.
Follow up photos are shown month after surgery. Lines are visible on her breast skin from her bra – this skin swelling will continue to resolve over the next several weeks.
