Before and after tubular breast correction and creation of improved symmetry in a 32 year old woman with congenital breast asymmetry. Her breasts had started off asymmetric but pregnancy and breast feeding had accentuated the difference between them. She needed help!
A breast augmentation added volume to each of her breasts, with a larger implant inserted on the left versus the right to even out the breast volume. The left breast tubular shape was corrected by lowering the breast fold and allowing the bottom of the breast to round out by internal “scoring incisions”.
Both nipples and areolas were lifted by adding a lollipop incision. Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her scars are continuing to mature and she feels proportional and much more balanced now.
