Before and after labiaplasty in a 51 year old woman. She not only disliked the extra labia minora (inner vaginal lips) that protruded out from her labia majora when standing, but she wanted her outer lips (labia majora) to be less floppy.
This patient’s labiaplasty involved trimming redundant labia minora tissue, as is routine for most labiaplasty procedures. In addition, she also underwent a labia majora reduction at the same time.
Long term follow up photos are shown two years after surgery. She likes her “neater and tidier outer and inner lips”. She is comfortable wearing bikini bottoms and yoga pants now!
