Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 51 year old woman. Her breasts were extremely heavy and pendulous, causing chronic strain on her neck, shoulders and back. She had to sleep with a bra to prevent them from suffocating her!
A breast reduction removed much of her excess bottom breast tissue and reshaped her breasts to a higher, lifted and more youthful position. Liposuction of her axillary rolls and back fat/bra roll complimented the procedure.
Follow up photos are shown six months after surgery. Note the relative position of the small bright red spot (“cherry angioma”) on her right breast in comparison to her nipple position before and after surgery. Her scars are fading and she feels “like a new woman!”
